The readybox® consists of 3 parts( Top / Housing and Bottom) , and since plywood is heat treated
no additional fumigation is required.
TOP6/9 mm white birchwood
plywood, reinforced on the inside with beams of 50 x 50 mm.
The Top can be
nailed or
strapped (Cordstrap or similar) over the housing
and fits precisely in the inside dims of the housing (body of the case)
HOUSING6/9 mm white birch wood plywood, reinforced on the inside with beams of 50 x 50 mm.
The inside opening of the bottom and top does fit precisely in the inside dims of the housing.
A corporate logo can be added together with other compulsory markings such as : IPPC logo, arrows , "fragile", …
BOTTOM IN OSB PLATEBottom is made out of 18mm
OSB plate.
2-way beams of 50 x 100 mm allow to handle the case with forklift (also handforklift).
OSB is humidity-resistant according to contradictory tests.
