Please find some attached pictures of the pallet collars and plywood boxes.
The pallet collars are in option with
4 or 6 hinges. In addition: the standard board thickness of the collars:
20mm (but if demanded, we can produce 21-22mm or other).
The possible heights of the collars:
100 ; 150 ; 200; 250; 300; 400mm.
Hinge thickness:
1.25mm; 1.5mm; 2.00mm.
Any dimensions of collar (in length and width) are available / possible to produce.
Minimum quantity:
from 1pc. But for better packaging – at least 10pcs would be perfect.
Packaging:
of standard collar 1200x800x200mm > 110pcs / pack. 26 packs in a truck.
The collars are packed in flat position.
If demanded – other packaging solutions can be made.
As you see in some pictures, the collars (as well as the boxes) can be marked with client’s logo.
All the material is heat treated!
Humidity – just 16-18 %. IPPC/ISPM15 marking.
