What is VCI?
VCI is active agent in packing material which create anticorrosion protection after packing of a product. The protective packing must be closed windtight.Then 3 steps occur in the anticorrosion application process:
- VCI molecules disperse from the packing material in the enclosed space of packing
- VCI make invisible protective coating on the surface of metal
- Forming a monomolecular VCI film on the surface of metal
